• In accordance with Appendix A of the Board-BESP agreement, the FY27 starting compensation will be $35.05/hour.
• MAINTENANCE ONLY: An external hire will start with 90 days of training on first shift from 7-3:30pm (additional compensation for applicable education units completed). The position will move to second shift from 3-11:30pm after the completion of 90 days and the second shift premium (additional $0.50/hour) will be added at that time.
• Employment beginning after the normal employment start date will be prorated based on the number of days worked.
