Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician preferred.
• Trained and competent in MFI MTL1, MTL2, & MTL3 skills preferred.
• Active Society of Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP) membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead competence based continuous improvement efforts for maintenance team.
• Train technical personnel in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Keep accurate records and provide input for root cause analysis.
