Job summary

JSX is seeking a Maintenance Training Instructor to develop and deliver high-quality training for Technical Operations Crewmembers. Reporting to the Maintenance Training Manager, you will support the JSX Maintenance Training Program through classroom instruction, curriculum development, and trainee evaluation.

Responsibilities include creating course content aligned with FAA guidance (14 CFR Parts 23, 25, 35, 43, 65, 91, 121, 135, 145), maintaining records, and coordinating with regulators and

Qualifications

• Public speaking and instructional delivery skills are essential.
• Experience with regulated training content and record-keeping.
• Ability to interpret and apply FAA guidance to training programs.
• Familiarity with aircraft maintenance topics and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, deliver, review, and evaluate Maintenance Training Program courses in accordance with FAA guidance and JSX policies.
• Develop and maintain courseware, training aids, assessments, and supporting materials.
• Identify training requirements based on applicable regulations (14 CFR Parts 23, 25, 35, 43, 65, 91, 121, 135, 145).
• Create new training content based on maintenance standards and feedback.
• Conduct indoctrination training for Technical Operations Crewmembers.
• Coordinate with government agencies and external providers.
• Maintain training records and ensure audit readiness.
