Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety and security regulations, practices, and procedures.
• Knowledge of tests and measurement principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Training Instructor and first-level supervisor providing planning and direction to assigned personnel.
• Plan, organize, and direct instructional activities for trainees.
• Ensure adherence to Air Force training regulations, safety policies, and quality standards.
• Develop and use training aids and materials to support instruction.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for program improvement.
