Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED with 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing/maintenance.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience with SAP planning and CMMS systems is desirable.
• Knowledge of electrical test equipment, PLCs, and CNC machining helps.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and tooling teams to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Organize, plan, and monitor repair, replacement, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate training initiatives for staff and contractors.
• Collaborate with operations to set priorities and staffing needs.
• Provide troubleshooting support and improve uptime and reliability.
• Develop CMMS data and support lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
