Job summary

Fantastic Property Management Company in Marianna, FL is seeking motivated full-time Maintenance Technicians for multiple apartment communities in Marianna and surrounding areas. Maintenance experience is preferred, but we will train the right person. You must have your own vehicle for site-to-site travel, with mileage reimbursed.

Basic tools are a plus. The company offers medical, dental and life insurance for employees, Teladoc for your household, a 401(k) match, and paid holidays after 90

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, replacement and basic repairs (electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring).
• Available for rotation of occasional evening and weekend emergencies.
• Work independently or with others.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude and commitment to excellence.
• Handle multiple tasks in a day.
• Assist in inventory of parts and supplies.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe environment.
• Keep records of tasks and activities.
• Pass background, drug, and driver's license screenings.

with lots of opportunities for growth are looking for motivated full-time Maintenance Techs for multiple property apartment communities in Marianna, FL and surrounding areas.

There are 10 paid holidays after the first 90 days and paid vacation and sick time after 180 days.

Position responsibilities can include but not limited to:

1. Perform maintenance replacement and repair in areas of basic electrical work, plumbing, painting, flooring, and other minor building repairs.
