Reporting To
Maintenance Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
- Follow instructions from the maintenance supervisor or other assigned personnel.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment.
- Install, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment, including preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot motor controls, VFDs, circuit protection, and control circuits.
- Work with PLCs such as Allen Bradley, Rockwell Automation, RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000, SLC-500.
- Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Perform CNC repairs on equipment like HAAS, Mazak, Fanuc, OKK, Enshu, Toshiba, and Spindle repairs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, with two years of related experience or training.
- Own hand tools; company provides some tools and workbenches.
- Demonstrated mechanical and electrical abilities.
- Good English communication skills.
- Understanding of electrical theory, working with 480V equipment, and 120V controls.
- Legal work authorization in the US.
