Reporting To

Maintenance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from the maintenance supervisor or other assigned personnel.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment.
• Install, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment, including preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot motor controls, VFDs, circuit protection, and control circuits.
• Work with PLCs such as Allen Bradley, Rockwell Automation, RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000, SLC-500.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Perform CNC repairs on equipment like HAAS, Mazak, Fanuc, OKK, Enshu, Toshiba, and Spindle repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, with two years of related experience or training.
• Own hand tools; company provides some tools and workbenches.
• Demonstrated mechanical and electrical abilities.
• Good English communication skills.
• Understanding of electrical theory, working with 480V equipment, and 120V controls.
• Legal work authorization in the US.
