POSITION SUMMARY
Provide support for all operations, both automated and non-automated, by performing troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and preventive/predictive maintenance tasks to ensure efficient and continuous production system operations in compliance with established procedures. Assist with the general maintenance of buildings, grounds, and facilities.

Provide support for all operations, both automated and non-automated, by performing troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and preventive/predictive maintenance tasks to ensure efficient and continuous production system operations in compliance with established procedures. Assist with the general maintenance of buildings, grounds, and facilities.
Required Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year maintenance or fabrication experience in an industrial environment
Ability to learn new skills
Self-started who can complete a list of assigned tasks in a timely manner
Ability to operate machinery and technical equipment
In-depth knowledge of system maintenance
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
Skilled in analyzing information and creating reports
Ability to learn new skills on the job and in the classroom
Good Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting ability.
Functons And Responsibilities
Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts.
Determines changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments.
Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders.
Trains production workers on routine preventive maintenance.
Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and filling it out on tablet.
Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
