Job summary

Amaneos in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain equipment and the plant, perform preventive maintenance, and handle electrical, plumbing, grounds, and painting tasks on all shifts. You will troubleshoot, complete work orders in Flux App, and support continuous improvement across disciplines while ensuring a safe, clean workplace in a thriving warehouse.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and the ability to read prints; PLC troubleshooting and vision systems

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to read hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and building prints and drawings.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electronics, PLC troubleshooting.
• Cognex and Keyence Vision Systems.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, general building, and groundskeeping.
• Working knowledge of MIOSHA requirements.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform Preventive maintenance checks on all equipment.
• Necessary repairs.
• Will also be responsible for electrical, plumbing, grounds maintenance and painting.
• Troubleshoot and repair any equipment or building issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment throughout the plant. (5S)
• Complete workorder tickets from the Flux App
• Perform all job functions in accordance with set job duties to ensure preservation of the company's quality policy.
• Support the comprehensive continuous improvement philosophy for all Amaneos Disciplines.
• Assist with building of manufacturing as needed.
• *OTHER REASONABLE DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

Will also be responsible for electrical, plumbing, grounds maintenance and painting. ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE.
