Job summary

Bell Partners is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior maintenance duties across communities. You will respond to repair requests, perform equipment maintenance, and ensure safety and resident privacy.

The role requires 18+ years of age, a High School diploma, and alignment with Bell Core Values. Preferred HVAC, EPA, or CPO certifications may be required based on community staffing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age 18.
  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Understanding Bell Core Values.
  • HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required depending on community staffing.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance for the community and equipment.
  • Respond to all repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
  • Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
  • Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authority before entering apartments.
  • Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
  • Work with vendors (landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.) as instructed.
  • Follow all safety/OSHA requirements.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
