Briarwood Detox is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep residential properties safe and functional. You will perform routine repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry, handle minor troubleshooting, and support facility upgrades.

The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Monday–Friday, with occasional after-hours response for a 24/7 facility.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC units, including filter changes and minor repairs.
• Install, repair and maintain electrical fixtures, appliances, outlets, circuit breakers and plumbing components.
• Conduct minor carpentry, drywall repairs, painting and general property upkeep.
• Maintain property exteriors, interiors, landscaping and ensure proper trash disposal.
• Keep workspace and storage areas clean, safe and organized.
• Assist with special projects, facility upgrades and property improvements.
• Communicate maintenance updates to management and collaborate professionally with staff, clients and vendors.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the upkeep, safety, and functionality of residential properties by performing routine and emergency repairs.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• May require occasional emergency response outside of scheduled hours, as the facility operates 24/7.
