About You

As a Maintenance Technician, your role is to ensure residents feel safe, comfortable, and happy in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of multifamily apartment buildings, including occupied units.
• Handle repairs in electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Participate in cleaning and painting during unit turnovers.
• Perform snow removal.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with Property Managers and Maintenance Managers.
• Respond to emergency calls on an on-call schedule, including after hours and weekends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of property maintenance experience, preferably in apartment maintenance.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Local market experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, climb stairs, and work on ladders or scaffolding.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance.
