What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Responding to and completing maintenance work orders, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and general repairs.
  • Performing unit turnover tasks, including inspections and repairs, to ensure apartments are move-in ready.
  • Supporting property renovations, capital improvements, and seasonal tasks like landscaping and snow removal.
  • Documenting completed repairs and communicating updates with tenants, Property Managers, and vendors.
  • Ensuring compliance with OSHA safety procedures and building codes.
  • Participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience:At least 3 years of property maintenance experience, ideally in a multifamily setting.
  • Technical Skills:Expertise in general repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.
  • Tech Savvy:Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio preferred) and Google Suite.
  • Work Ethic:A self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Requirements:A valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, crouching, climbing, and crawling.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

  • Hourly Pay:$24.00 - $32.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule & Requirements
  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday.
