Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Village at Delray, a 144-unit apartment community in Delray Beach, FL. You will help maintain the property’s appearance and ensure a safe, pleasant living environment for residents.

Responsibilities include monitoring repairs, processing work requests, performing preventative maintenance, repairing appliances, preparing vacant units, and occasional on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years previous experience in maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required.

Position Summary
