Job Overview

This position involves performing technical and mechanical work to ensure the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities

1. Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing issues according to policies and safety standards.
2. Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants by conducting pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, and inspecting completed work.
3. Manage materials, supplies, and tools by tracking inventory, returning unused items, and notifying supervisors for reordering.
4. Document service requests accurately and timely.
5. Maintain grounds and common areas by cleaning, pressure-washing, painting, and debris removal.
6. Support cost-saving measures by repairing rather than replacing parts and using tools efficiently.
