Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $22.00/hr

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Ensure the physical aspects of the property meet the company’s standards
• Diagnose problems and make repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural, and appliance areas

Reports to:

Property Manager

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License required
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in maintenance or a related field
• Prior apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and general building trades
• EPA Certification and Pool License preferred
• Proficient in reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical skills
• Own basic tools for maintenance tasks
