Qualifications

• Experience with drywall repairs, painting and carpentry.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and appliance repair.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders promptly based on priority.
• Make Ready / Turning Units between tenants.
• Paint/Stain interior and exterior applications.
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed.
• Participate in monthly 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Pool maintenance.
