Wisconsin Packaging is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our corrugated converting equipment and facility systems in Fort Atkinson, WI. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and preventive maintenance to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance or related technical experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair abilities.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and basic electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment documentation.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment per established programs.
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals, electrical schematics, blueprints, and parts lists.
• Inspect machinery and facility systems regularly to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Operate cutting torches, welding equipment, and fabrication tools to repair or create components.
• Repair and maintain the physical structure of the facility and building systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, reliability, and safety.
