Job summary

Goodyear in Lawton, OK is hiring a Maintenance Technician Trainee to learn and support the manufacturing process. You will troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance, and repair tire-related machinery while upholding safety and housekeeping standards across the facility.

The program runs through about 10 months with a starting pay rate of $32.97 to $37.09 per hour upon completion, transitioning to rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Able to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend and work at heights.
• Able to complete all pre-employment criteria.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, or overtime if applicable.

Responsibilities
