Job summary

Goodyear Findlay is hiring a Production Associate to operate manufacturing equipment and perform manual labor supporting tire production. You will join a fast-paced, heavy industrial environment with emphasis on safety, punctuality, and attendance.

Shift options include 2nd or 3rd shift; starting pay is $21 per hour plus a $0.65 night differential and a $1,000 sign-on bonus, with additional incentives based on piece-rate performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to lift 50–75 pounds repeatedly.
• Punctuality and dependable attendance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and/or perform manual labor for tire production.
• Ensure product quality and proper flow of materials on the line.
• Expedite repairs with maintenance as needed to minimize downtime.
• Clean equipment and work area during and after shifts.
• Maintain daily records of downtime and machine operations.
