The role involves preventative maintenance, repairs, inventory monitoring, and assisting with turn-overs, with weekend and after-hours availability for emergencies.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, OSHA-compliant work environment.
• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs on the property.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance and daily inspections.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor with turnovers and emergency responses.
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner and assist after-hours on weekends.

Job DescriptionThe primary role of the Maintenance Technician is to assist with the maintenance program for the community and preserve the value of the asset.
