Job summary

TBAGC (Toyota Boshoku Group Company) in a standard automotive plant environment seeks a maintenance technician to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Responsibilities include supporting production equipment, predictive maintenance, and 5S while applying Toyota Production System practices.

The role requires experience with robotics, electrical, PLC troubleshooting, pneumatics and hydraulics. Overtime and rotating shifts may be needed to meet Just-In-Time plant demands.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Industrial Maintenance Associates degree preferred.
• 2-5 years experience in robotics tuning, electrical, PLC troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and fabrication.
• Ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance activities on production equipment, facilities, and utilities to provide a reliable platform.
• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance with production management to ensure operability.
• Oversee machines in Sewing, Assembly and Injection Molding areas.
• Machine uptime/downtime management and TPS methods to eliminate waste.
• Maintain daily 5S and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to TB Way and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Be flexible for overtime and varying shifts to meet plant demands.
