Dominium Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Townhomes on Earley in Casa Grande, AZ. The role involves maintaining the property to deliver a quality living experience and supporting apartment readiness.

You will operate as a roving technician in the Casa Grande area until the property is fully functional. Responsibilities include handling repairs, completing work requests, preventative maintenance, appliance assessments, and on-call support with trip stipends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties (trip stipend provided if called back).

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Townhomes on Earley , a 278 unit apartment community in Casa Grande, AZ. Until the property is operational, you will act as a Roving Maintenance Technician in the greater Casa Grande, AZ area.

Position Summary:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to help create a great living experience for our residents.
