Job summary

The Stellar Family of Companies is seeking an energetic, dependable Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Wichita Falls, TX. This full-time role focuses on hands-on maintenance, resident satisfaction, and keeping our properties in top condition.

You will work closely with property management and onsite teams to respond to service requests, maintain units, and perform preventive maintenance to create a safe, welcoming living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of plumbing repairs.
• Experience with electrical systems.
• Appliance repair knowledge.
• Carpentry skills.
• General maintenance experience.
• Preventative maintenance programs knowledge.
• Grounds maintenance and upkeep experience.
• Property maintenance operations knowledge.
• Hand tools and power tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests.
• Maintain apartment homes and prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections.
• Maintain common areas and grounds appearance.
• Assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and general repairs.
• Monitor inventory and maintain tools and supplies.
• Work closely with property management and onsite teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ability to participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergencies
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude
