Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service vehicles at our Appleton service center. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, routine repairs, and vehicle care in a customer-oriented environment.

Starting pay is $19 per hour based on a 40-hour week, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for ASE-based pay increases. Responsibilities include inspections, tire work, oil changes, and maintaining repair histories.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Pre-employment drug test and random drug/alcohol testing.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
• Perform preventive maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) per manufacturer specifications.
• Repair and replace tires as needed.
• Replace wearable parts ( bulbs, wipers, etc.).
• Document repairs with a repair order (RO) detailing steps and parts used.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with fleet processing, fuel reclamation or buy-backs as needed.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
