Schedule: M-F; evenings, weekends, on-call

Primary Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, you will ensure that the property’s mechanical systems and residential units are maintained to high standards. Your duties include performing repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances), responding to service requests, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, assisting with apartment turnovers, maintaining safety and cleanliness, coordinating with team members, and documenting activities.

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in multifamily property maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in residential repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service-oriented attitude
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform demanding tasks; valid driver’s license and insurance required
  • Proficiency with property management software and general computer skills
