Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Springs, a 76-unit apartment community in Dripping Springs, TX. You will maintain the property's appearance and functionality to ensure a high-quality living experience for residents.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, preventative maintenance, appliance repairs, preparing vacant units, and occasional on-call duties with a trip stipend.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred; CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Springs , a 76 unit apartment community in Dripping Springs, TX.

Position Summary:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to help create a great living experience for our residents.

Responsibilities
