Job summary

Timberland Partners is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our 234-unit Bowie property in Springdale, AR. You will handle general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance to ensure residents experience top-quality living from day one.

The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience and the ability to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and major appliances. On-site work with on-call rotation and a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience, residential maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA universal HVAC license preferred.
• CPO license preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, all major appliances including washer and dryer.
• Strong customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM and rotating on-call schedule (additional stipend compensation provided for on-call shifts).

Compensation And Benefits

Pay Range: $24.00/hr + quarterly bonuses based on property performance and exceptional customer service.
