Green Leaf Partners Management (GLPM) seeks a temporary Service Technician for Harmony at Willow Springs in Fort Collins, CO. You will support maintenance operations, handle service requests, and help keep the community safe, welcoming, and well‑maintained.

This hands‑on role offers growth within a scaling multifamily platform and competitive pay of $24‑$30 per hour, plus standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, facilities, construction, or multifamily experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance systems.
• Strong work ethic with a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• HVAC certification or related technical certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and repairs in a timely, professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Assist with apartment turns, inspections, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas to high standards.
• Support inventory organization, shop cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

The Role

As Service Technician, you will support the maintenance operations of the community through timely service requests, preventative maintenance, unit turns, and general property upkeep.

You will:

• Complete service requests and repairs in a timely, professional manner
