Job summary

Advanced Technology Services, Inc. is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support industrial maintenance across manufacturing environments.

Roles range from entry to senior level, with duties including break-fix, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, plus technical training or related experience, and be proficient with basic electrical and mechanical systems and hand tools.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• Associates degree with a technical focus or 18 months of related experience, or successful completion of the ATS Technician Progression Program.
• Understanding of basic electrical and mechanical systems; able to perform repairs.

Responsibilities

• Performs entry to mid-level break-fix and preventive maintenance, including adjusting parts and repairing or replacing components.
• Identifies needed parts, supplies and repair items.
• Provides support and back up for other department members as needed by leadership.
• Is aware of Maintenance Industry Standards.
• Ensures 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Participates in CI activities—processes, results and cost savings.
• May operate simple machining operations (lathe, drill press, grinder) and may perform basic welding tasks.
• Updates records and reviews CMMS history.
• Performs basic troubleshooting of control systems circuitry.
• Completes technical self-study programs for career development.
• Follows safety-related policies and guidelines; identifies unsafe behaviors and conditions.
