PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sugar Land is seeking a Maintenance Tech Lead responsible for preventive and general maintenance and repair of the facility and related equipment. In this role you will lead, train, and mentor other technicians to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for staff, patients, and visitors.

The position requires five or more years of related experience with a general maintenance background; hospital maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

• Education and Training: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Five (5) or more year's related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. General Maintenance background experience required, hospital maintenance experience preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Perform preventive and general maintenance and repair of facility and equipment.
• Lead, train and mentor other technicians.
• Ensure safety for employees, patients, and visitors; maintain a secure environment in the absence of a security officer.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned or requested.

The Maintenance Tech Lead is responsible for preventive & general maintenance & repair of facility and associated equipment while leading, training and mentoring other technicians. These duties are performed in accordance with all applicable standards to provide a safe environment of care for employees, patients, & visitors of all ages. Other responsibilities include security in the absence of a security officer and other related duties as assigned or requested.
