Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Clear Lake in Webster, TX is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to perform preventive and general maintenance of the facility and equipment, ensuring a safe environment for staff and patients. This full-time role supports hospital operations and safety across shifts.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of related maintenance experience; hospital maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred.
• One to two years related maintenance experience or training; hospital maintenance experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and general maintenance and repair of facility and equipment.
• Ensure safe environment of care for employees, patients, and visitors.
• Provide security in the absence of a security officer and assist with related duties as assigned.

The Maintenance Tech. II is responsible for preventive & general maintenance & repair of facility and associated equipment. These duties are performed in accordance with all applicable standards to provide a safe environment of care for employees, patients, & visitors of all ages. Other responsibilities include security in the absence of a security officer and other related duties as assigned or requested.

Education and Training: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: One to two years related experience and or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. General Maintenance background experience required, hospital maintenance experience preferred but not required.
