Framebridge in San Marcos, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician Team Lead to oversee facility maintenance, perform inspections, and coordinate repairs. You will ensure electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems operate safely and efficiently, while managing inventories and scheduling with the Maintenance Manager.

A strong candidate has 3 years in maintenance, can read schematics, communicate across sites, and keep logs in CMMS and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience as a maintenance technician.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Proficient in reading, writing and understanding English.
• Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, proactive.

Responsibilities

A great maintenance technician lead will have a basic understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, pneumatics as well as carpentry. They will have a solid understanding of all maintenance processes and health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also have aptitude for undertaking administrative tasks such as basic shop maintenance, tool upkeep, and inventory procedures.
