Framebridge is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead in San Marcos, TX to oversee maintenance operations and improve facility reliability. You will lead repairs, inspections, and admin tasks while ensuring safety policies are followed.

The role requires a solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and HVAC systems, plus strong communication to coordinate with the Operations team. Previous maintenance lead experience is preferred.
