Job summary

Peak Living is actively seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will bring units up to market-ready condition and support the community with ongoing maintenance and repairs.

The role may require weekend and after-hours emergency services to meet Peak Living standards. We offer a $1000 sign-on bonus, PTO, holidays, health plans, a 401(k) match, and referral bonuses to reward commitment and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.

Overview

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
