What You’ll Do:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
  • Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle Make Ready duties, including preparing apartments for new move-ins, which involves painting, light carpentry, cleaning, repairs, and ensuring units meet quality standards.
  • Assist in maintaining community grounds and common areas.
  • Support compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Be available for emergency on-call rotation as needed.
Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities, or a skilled trade.
  • Experience with Make Ready or apartment/unit turnover processes is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and systems.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certifications are a plus.
