St. PJ's Children's Home is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep of facilities and equipment. This role includes performing repairs, conducting inspections, and ensuring safety protocols. Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for up-keeping and maintaining repairs of the agencies buildings, vehicles, grounds and equipment, and other duties as assigned by the Facilities Supervisor.
Position Responsibilities:
· As a Seton Home employee, attendance and successful completion of a 10-day New Employee Orientation is mandated for the position. The inability to meet this requirement will conclude employment with the Agency.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Knowledge and Skills:
· Minimum of 1 years’ experience in maintenance related work
· Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, work well independently and on a team;
· Must have good written and verbal skills;
· Must have good critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Travel Requirements:
Travel requirements for the position includes 50% local.
