Position: Maintenance Technician – Specialist
Shift: 1st Shift
Compensation: $40–$49 per hour UP TO $20K Hiring Bonus

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician – Specialist to deliver expert-level support in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other critical facility systems. This advanced role requires extensive technical knowledge and hands-on experience with complex systems and equipment.

The Specialist will perform highly specialized maintenance tasks, working independently or as part of a team to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability across all facility operations. In addition to executing complex repairs, the role involves mentoring junior technicians, providing technical guidance, and actively contributing to the development and implementation of maintenance programs and schedules. Experience with Siemens control systems is strongly preferred.
