Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Great attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficient in plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, minor carpentry, or demonstrating aptitude to learn these skills
• Professional appearance is a must
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• EPA certification required; CPO certification preferred
• Experience with heat pumps is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in apartment maintenance
