The Maintenance Technician assists in maintaining the community’s interior and exterior physical condition and is a customer service driven team player. **Reports to:** Maintenance Supervisor **Direct Reports:** None **Roles and Responsibilities:** The duties listed below are an outline of the Maintenance Technician’s responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list.
