Job Overview
Our Maintenance Technicians contribute to the success of Productivity Inc by maintaining and repairing CNC machine tools to ensure peak performance. Our team is essential in servicing our customers' equipment with repair, inspection, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
- Install new CNC metalworking equipment at customer locations
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, software)
- Identify, replace parts, and test equipment adjustments
- Interpret mechanical and electrical diagrams and manuals
Requirements
- At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems; experience with Citizen/Swiss equipment is a plus
- Technical training or certification in related fields such as mechatronics, electro-mechanical, automation, robotics, or industrial maintenance
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Availability for occasional overtime and overnight travel (6-8 nights/month)
