Job summary

Mustang Creek Estates in Keller, TX seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our senior living community safe, attractive, and compliant with applicable codes and budgets.

You will respond to work orders, restore vacated rooms to make-ready status, assist with on-call duties, maintain Life Safety compliance, and oversee basic building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and security.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders as directed by the Director of Maintenance.
• Ensure vacated rooms are restored to make ready status in a timely manner.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights.
• Respond to requests from Residents, Family Members, Team Members, and Executive Director.
• Check Maintenance Logs and Daily Log for needs/requests.
• Touch up paint throughout the community.
• Maintain the grounds; trash and dumpster areas.
• Perform maintenance tasks outlined in the Maintenance Logs.
• Maintain Life Safety compliance at all campuses.
• Maintain key control of the community.

Maintenance Technician - Senior Living - Keller, TX

Mustang Creek Estates in Keller is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician.

Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring our communities are safe, attractive, and operating within budget by attending to the community’s maintenance needs. Maintenance Technician may accomplish these tasks by having a working knowledge of all building systems and related code requirements, including fire protection and security, structural, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. The Director of Maintenance will also manage the preventative maintenance program at all campuses. This position requires a team player with sound organizational skills who interacts positively with all team members in maintaining census by immediately preparing vacant rooms for new residents and by responding to and resolving customer complaints promptly.

Community Maintenance Support

• Perform any maintenance task necessary as outlined in the Maintenance Logs
