Maintenance Technician Seasonal - Providence Point (Issaquah, WA)

Join us as a Maintenance Technician Seasonal at HOAMCO (Homeowners Association Management Company) in Issaquah, WA. This is a full-time, temporary position responsible for providing in-house maintenance across seven villages and the Umbrella Association.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs to prevent water, rodent, and insect intrusions.
• Clean gutters and perform street maintenance, including pothole filling, signage repair, and railing cleaning.
• Provide snow and ice removal using manual methods.
• Pressure wash, dig holes, replace expansion joints, and change light bulbs.
• Complete work orders and track time and materials.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• Experience in yard or house maintenance.
• Basic proficiency with trade tools.
• Organized, able to work under pressure, and independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug test.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, push, pull, and work in crawl spaces and attics, including climbing ladders and stairs.
