Job summary

HNN Communities in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician I to maintain community grounds, amenities and curb appeal, perform basic repairs, cleaning, and light landscaping to support the maintenance team.

Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 8 am–5 pm with pay of $23–$26 per hour. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of porter/groundskeeper experience, a high school diploma, and must pass a background check and drug screen.

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to residents.
  • Must pass background check and drug screen; eligible to work in the U.S. meets I-9 guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal; ensure cleanliness of common areas.
  • Pick up trash and debris and keep exterior walkways clean and well-lit.
  • Assist with make-ready tasks and light landscaping, including mowing and pruning as needed.
  • Support in snow/ice removal during inclement weather; perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with cleaning of leasing office, clubhouse, and model units; respond to service requests.

HNN is a great place to make a rewarding career, life is better here!About the PositionThe Maintenance Technician l ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and Company standards are met regarding grounds, amenities, common areas, and overall curb appeal. This position also provides additional support to the maintenance team.Pay Details: $23 - $26 per hourSchedule: Tuesday to Saturday. 8am to 5pm daily - Full TimeJob ResponsibilitiesFrequently walk the community grounds each day, pick up and properly dispose of all trash and debris. Ensure common areas and amenities are clean and free of litter, and community curb appeal always meets or exceeds Company standards.Pick up waste and debris from around the trash and/or recycling compactor and dumpsters, ensuring a clean and tidy appearance at all times.Routinely empty all pet waste stations throughout the community. Ensure pet waste bags are properly stocked.Ensure the cleanliness of exterior building walkways and lighting. Assist in performing light checks and repairs.Maintain the cleanliness of the leasing office, clubhouse, model unit(s), common area restrooms, amenities, laundry room, stairwells, and controlled access buildings as directed.
