About The Person:

We seek a dedicated Maintenance Technician who embodies our values, enjoys solving complex issues, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. You should be proactive, adaptable, and committed to maintaining high-quality property standards and tenant satisfaction.

Summary:

Under supervision, the Maintenance Technician maintains and repairs common areas and performs in-unit maintenance. Flexibility for emergencies and overtime is required.

Location:

San Francisco

Physical Duties:
  • Perform work orders, patch and paint, troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues, carpentry, materials handling, preventive maintenance, and HVAC tasks.
  • Maintain safety systems like smoke and CO alarms.
Emergency Response:
  • Prepare for and respond to emergencies such as floods, fires, power outages, and earthquakes.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience with plumbing, electrical troubleshooting; HVAC and plumbing certifications preferred.
  • Team-oriented, organized, flexible.
Teamwork & Customer Service:
  • Assist team members, communicate proactively, coordinate vendors, and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in residential maintenance; on-call availability required.
Compensation:
  • $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
