Job summary

Care Initiatives is hiring for a Maintenance Staff at Ravenwood Specialty Care in Waterloo, IA, a 176-bed skilled nursing community. You will perform routine maintenance, monitor building systems, and support safety and preventative maintenance.

Schedule options are full-time 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm with every 3rd Sunday. Benefits include competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repairs to keep the facility safe, clean, and comfortable.
• Monitor and maintain building systems, including heating, cooling, and equipment.
• Maintain outdoor areas, walkways, and grounds, including snow/ice removal as needed.
• Assist with heavy cleaning, floor care, and facility upkeep when needed.
• Follow safety policies and support inspections and preventative maintenance.
