Job Description:

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Roving Maintenance Technician to join our team in Minneapolis! This role will be going to and servicing various commercial properties around the Twin Cities.

Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for executing and complete preventative maintenance, demand repairs, general repairs and adjustments to building systems, equipment and fixtures as required to the satisfaction of tenant and building owners.

Some things you can expect to do:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building equipment and systems.

• Coordinate and oversee vendor work.

• Perform general repairs/adjustments to building systems, lighting, and plumbing.

Job Requirements:

• Must have general maintenance experience in the operation of commercial buildings and equipment.

• High School Degree or equivalent.

• Participate in on-call, after-hours and weekend rotation.

• Basic computer skills.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a helpful attitude when interacting with building occupants.

• Valid driver's license, clear driving record, basic knowledge of computer applications and ability to lift 100 lbs.

• Ability to work from a ladder, work overhead, smell smoke and other chemicals and be able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions.

You will really stand out if you have:

• Have a knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to make needed adjustments and general repairs.

• Microsoft 365 Software experience.

Eligibility:

• Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S.

Compensation:

The base pay is $23.79 - $35.67 per hour. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
