Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Maintenance Technician for Arsenal 1. The role focuses on maximizing uptime, performance, and safety of advanced automation, robotics, and conveyance systems in a high‑tech manufacturing environment.

You will commission lines, troubleshoot PLCs and robotics, and perform preventive maintenance. The position requires shift flexibility (1st or 2nd) and compliance with NFPA 70E and 480V safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in industrial maintenance in high-volume manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience with automation, PLCs, and 6-axis robotics.
• Repair of complex automated conveyance systems.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E, NEC, and safety around 480V.

Responsibilities

• Commission new lines and assist with line setup and integration.
• Troubleshoot and program adjustments for robotics and teach pendant operations.
• Diagnose PLCs, trace I/O, and perform hardware fault resolutions.
• Maintain conveyors and mechanical systems, including repair of gearboxes and drives.
• Perform preventive maintenance and support TPM/5S initiatives.
