Berkshire Residential Investments in Houston is seeking a Maintenance Technician for River Oaks. You will maintain the property’s physical attributes, support management, and ensure safety and curb appeal.

The role requires at least one year of maintenance experience in a community, knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building maintenance, and good English and computer skills. Join our people-first team focused on service and growth.
