Qualifications

• 1-3 years maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing
• HVAC/EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal required; CPO preferred
• Skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and roofing repairs
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with pride in quality work
• Self-motivated with initiative
• Availability for nights, holidays, and weekends for on-call duties
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, OSHA, and EPA regulations
• Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Maintain property safety and cleanliness
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs, including HVAC and pool maintenance
• Assist with moving appliances and furniture, and handle service requests within 24 hours
• Respond to emergency calls when scheduled, with prompt response times
• Communicate professionally with residents and team members

Physical Requirements

• Constant movement, including climbing, lifting up to 75 lbs., and handling materials
• Work at heights as needed
